KSHM is very comfortable, and after washing it became even softer. My experience with customer support was also very good. I placed the order with some hesitation, but I received the pants without any issue. After that, the process was very smooth. I called Kanchan ma’am at 11 PM, but the call didn’t connect. I thought my exchange might not happen but within 10 minutes I received a message from her and my problem was solved. Wow Every brand should have such a responsive team.
